I have tested the connectivity of the modem by using a PC.
I have powered on the unit all the time for troubleshooting.
I have connected a stable Internet link to the device all the time for Internet access.
I have put the unit with USB modem in an area of good signal coverage.
I will not disconnect the modem during troubleshooting.
